- 1 lb (.5 kg). bacon
- several garlic cloves, sliced
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Grease pan appropriate to quantity of liver being cooked.
- Layer liver, bacon slices, sliced garlic cloves, salt and pepper
- to taste.
- Make another layer same as first - bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) until liver is done - very tasty!
