- 1-1/2 lbs (.7 kg) tomatoes
- 1/2 bunch green onions (cut root ends off)
- one clove garlic (peeled)
- 1 small can anaheim chilies (mild)
- optional: fresh cilantro (1/2 tsp (2 ml). chopped)
- Wash all vegetables and cut into large chunks.
- Place in blender and turn on medium for about 5 seconds.
- Add garlic salt to taste.
- This is a fresh salsa and has a good, strong flavor without the heat.
