Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 lbs (.7 kg) tomatoes
  • 1/2 bunch green onions (cut root ends off)
  • one clove garlic (peeled)
  • 1 small can anaheim chilies (mild)
  • optional: fresh cilantro (1/2 tsp (2 ml). chopped)
Preparation
  • Wash all vegetables and cut into large chunks.
  • Place in blender and turn on medium for about 5 seconds.
  • Add garlic salt to taste.
Comments
This is a fresh salsa and has a good, strong flavor without the heat.
