- Rich, creamy mango shake

- 1/4 tin sweetened condensed milk
- 3 ripe mangoes (pulp extracted)
- 1 cup (225 ml) milk
- Mix condensed milk and mango pulp together.
- Add milk and mix well until well blended.
- Refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream, if desired.
- For added flavour, add a small pinch of fennel seed powder or cumin seed powder. The tastes are different, but satisfying!!!
