- Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups (475 ml) milk
- 1 cup (225 ml) coconut
- 4 drops of vanilla essence
- 3/4 cup (175 ml) sugar
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) butter
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) self-rising flour
- Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat well.
- Pour into a lightly greased pie plate.
- Bake at degrees 180 cups (42475 ml) (350 degrees (175 C.) F.) for 45 minutes.
- Serve with a dollop of cream or icecream.
