- 8 oz (224 grm) creamed cheese
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 cup (225 ml) "salad" olives - broken pieces of green olive & pimento
- 4-8 slices whole wheat bread
- Mash creamed cheese & butter until smooth.
- Add olives & mix until well blended.
- Spread on bread - we often had these open faced with crust removed.
- This was my mother's favorite Bridge Club Luncheon. Considered a dainty sandwich.
