- Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers peeled and sliced thin
- 1teaspoon of onion salt
- 1 tsp (5 ml) of salt
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) white vinegar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) of sugar
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) of paprika
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) white pepper
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) of minced garlic
- Preparation
- Mix all ingredients and top with chives.
- Chill at least 3-4 hours or overnight.
