- Ingredients
- 1 large pork roast
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) Liquid Smoke
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) Hawaiian salt
- Preparation
- Place in a crock pot, cook two hours on high then turn down to low and cook all day and tastes and smells just like the real thing.
- Comments
- I was told that if you do not have Hawaiian Salt available, that a course salt would do in its place.
