Garlic and Whipping Cream Salad Dressing

- 2/3 cup (150 ml) heavy cream
- 3 oz (84 grm). mayonnaise
- 2 to 4 large cloves garlic, finely chopped (according to your taste)
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) coarse salt
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) sugar
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) white pepper
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) paprika
- Combine all ingredients.
- Whisk for two minutes briskly until creamy and well blended.
- Refrigerate a few hours before serving.
