Serves/Makes:9 x 12 glass baking dish
- 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
- 1 large can of crushed pineapple and juice
- 1-1/2 c miniature marshmallows
- 2 containers (8 oz) of Cool Whip
- 1 cup (225 ml) chopped walnuts
- Empty dry pudding mix into mixing bowl.
- Pour pineapple and juice over and mix well (mixture will be thick).
- Stir in marshmallows.
- Fold in Cool Whip
- Put into 9 x 12 inch glass baking dish and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
- Chill and serve.
