Spinach & Cheese Casserole

Serves/Makes:12 Servings

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs (.9 kg). frozen spinach
  • 8 oz (224 grm). cream cheese
  • 4 oz (112 grm). chredded Veleveta cheese
  • 5 strips bacon cooked crispy and crumbled up
  • 2 hard boiled eggs chopped
  • 1 tspn ground mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 cup (225 ml) whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) butter
  • salt & pepper
Preparation
  • Add garlic to spinach then cook according to package directions.
  • In a sauce pan add cream cheese, whipping cream, ground mustard, and butter.
  • Using low heat melt all ingredients together while stirring.
  • In a medium casserole dish stir together spinach, cream cheese mixture, eggs, salt & pepper, and bacon.
  • Place it in a 350 degree (175 C.) oven for 30 minutes.
  • After it's done, top it with the Velveta.
