  - Boiling  Water
 -   Plums
 - Ice  Water
  
  
- Preparation
 
  - Spear a plum with your fork.
 - Dip it into boiling water for about 30 seconds or until the skin starts to split.
 - Immediately dip it into ice water to cool it well.
 - Using a sharp paring knife, pull off the skin.

 - You can use this method for peeling tomatoes, peaches, and apricots also.
