- Ingredients
- 2 cans (1 lb (.5 kg) ea) baked beans
- 1 can (8oz) pineapple chunks, drained
- 2 T light brown sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp (7 ml) mustard
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt
- Preparation
- Combine all ingredients.
- Pour into a 1qt casserole dish.
- Bake uncovered at 375 degrees (200 C.) for 50-55 minutes, stirring occasionally.
