- 2 packages frozen broccoli
- 2 tsp (10 ml) salt
- 1/8 tsp (1 ml) pepper
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) grated sharp cheese
- Cook frozen broccoli as directed on package.
- Drain water and place in casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Cover with soup (do not dilute).
- Sprinkle with cheese on top of all ingredients and place in preheated oven at 350 degrees (175 C.) for about 10 minutes.
