Pudding Pecan Pie

Ingredients
  • 1 small pkg vanilla cook & serve pudding & pie filling
  • 1 cup (225 ml) light or dark corn syrup
  • 3/4 cup (175 ml) evaporated milk
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup (225 ml) chopped pecans
  • 1 unbaked pastry shell (9 inch)
  • thawed Cool Whip
Preparation
  • Heat oven to 375 degrees (200 C.).
  • Stir pudding mix into corn syrup in medium bowl until blended.
  • Stir in evaporated milk and egg.
  • Mix in pecans.
  • Pour into pastry shell.
  • Bake 45 min or until done.
  • Cool 3 hours before cutting.
  • Garnish with whipped topping.
