- Ingredients
- 1 small pkg vanilla cook & serve pudding & pie filling
- 1 cup (225 ml) light or dark corn syrup
- 3/4 cup (175 ml) evaporated milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 cup (225 ml) chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked pastry shell (9 inch)
- thawed Cool Whip
- Preparation
- Heat oven to 375 degrees (200 C.).
- Stir pudding mix into corn syrup in medium bowl until blended.
- Stir in evaporated milk and egg.
- Mix in pecans.
- Pour into pastry shell.
- Bake 45 min or until done.
- Cool 3 hours before cutting.
- Garnish with whipped topping.
