- Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (175 ml) white sugar
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) bisquick
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) margarine, melted
- 1 can (13 oz) evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 can (16 oz)pumpkin
- 2-1/2 tbsp (35 ml) pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) vanilla
- Preparation
- Prheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
- Grease 9 inch pie plate.
- Place all ingredients in blender or mixer and mix well.
- Pour into pie plate.
- Bake 50-55 min.
