- Ingredients
- 1 large box yellow cake mix
- 2 cups (475 ml) half and half
- 2 cups (475 ml) sugar
- 3 cups (700 ml) diced rhubard
- Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
- Grease a 9x13x2 inch pan.
- Mix yellow cake mix as directed on package.
- Pour into cake pan.
- Mix cream, sugar and rhubarb together.
- Pour over cake evenly.
- Bake 1 hour.
- Serve with whipped cream.
