- Ingredients
- 2 cups (475 ml) grated carrots
- 1 can (11oz) Mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup (225 ml) pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 cup (225 ml) flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) raisins
- 1 ctn. (8 oz) commercial sour cream
- Preparation
- Combine all ingredients, except sour cream. Stir well.
- Chill 2 to 3 hours.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Serve on lettuce.
