- Ingredients
- any size pork roast
- salt and pepper, to taste
- garlic powder (if using garlic salt, omit salt)
- Pork Chop Shake & Bake
- Preparation
- Wet down pork roast.
- Sprinkle on salt, pepper, garlic.
- Roll Roast in 1 package of Shake and Bake; cover completely.
- Set roast on a rack in a baking pan or dish.
- Roast for 35 minutes at 400 degrees (200 C.) allowing crust to get crisp.
- Reduce heat to 350 and bake uncovered until meat thermometer reaches 170 degrees (80 C.).
- Comments
- Rolling any roast in flour or crumbs will contain the juices. I have had most sucess with Shake & Bake.
