- Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen green peas
- 1 cup (225 ml) salted roasted peanuts
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) sour cream
- Preparation
- Thaw peas; do not cook.
- Break peanuts in halves at seam and add to peas.
- Add sour cream and mix.
- Refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.
