- Ingredients
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast cutlets
- 1 15 oz (420 grm). can whole cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) orange juice
- 2 tbsp (30 ml). lemon juice
- Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
- Mix cranberry sauce, citrus juices and honey in a medium bowl.
- Arrange chicken cutlets in a 9 x 13 inch glass pan.
- Pour cranberry sauce mixture over chicken (You may have some left over).
- Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 35 to 40 minutes.
