- A delicious change from traditional clam chowder
- 8 slices bacon cut in small pieces
- 1 onion cut in small pieces
- 2 cups (475 ml) canned whole kernel corn
- 1 cup (225 ml) diced,cooked potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2-3/4 cups (650 ml) milk
- salt to taste
- Cook bacon and onions.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Heat and simmer several minutes.
- Add dash of pepper.
