- Ingredients
- 2 packages frozen, chooped spinach
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup (225 ml) sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup (175 ml) grated Swiss cheese
- Preparation
- Thaw frozen spinach.
- Drain well.
- Combine with all but cheese and mix well.
- Put in a greased casserole dish and top with Swiss cheese.
- Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees (175 C.).
