Serves/Makes:3 or more
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) cocoa
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) flour
- 1-1/2 cups (350 ml) sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 3 cups (700 ml) milk
- Mix flour and cocoa.
- Melt butter, add flour mixture and stir until smooth.
- Add milk and cook until smooth and thickened.
- Serve over biscuits.
