- 2 pkgs frozen broccoli
- 2 tsp (10 ml) salt
- 1/8 tsp (1 ml) pepper
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c grated sharp cheese
- Cook frozen broccoli as package directs.
- Drain water and place in casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Cover with cream of chicken soup (do not dilute).
- Sprinkle cheese on top and place in preheated 350 degree (175 C.) oven for about 10 minutes.
