- 1/2 cup (125 ml) dairy sour cream
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) mayonnaise(can use low fat)
- 1 tsp (5 ml) of prepared mustard
- 2 tsp (10 ml) fresh lemon juice
- Combine all ingredients in small saucepan.
- Cook and stir over very low heat until heated through.
- Pour over vegetable of choice.
- This version is made without the usual egg yolks, but it is just as acceptable.
