- Wonderful smoked salmon appetizer.

Serves/Makes:2 cups or more
- 1/2 lb (.2 kg). smoked salmon
- 8 oz (224 grm). cream cheese
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sour cream
- 1 tsp (5 ml) prepared horseradish
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) minced onion
- 1 tsp (5 ml) lemon juice
- fresh ground pepper
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Serve with crackers or cut vegetables.
- Also a good use of leftover cooked salmon. Add a couple of drops of liquid smoke to get a smoked salmon flavor.
