- Ingredients
- pita pocket bread, cut in half and warmed to soften
- grilled chicken meat, cut in chunks or strips (perfect for using up leftovers!!!)
- cooked and crumbled bacon
- chopped tomato
- chopped onion (red or white)
- chopped avocado
- chopped cucumber
- mayonnaise
- lemon juice
- seasoned salt and pepper
- Preparation
- Mix everything how you like it and season with lemon juice, seasoned salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill pita pockets with the salad and enjoy!
