- 1 pomelo cut in half, as you would a grapefruit
- 1 to 2 tbsp (30 ml) sugar or honey or brown sugar
- Preparation
- Sprinkle the sugar or pour the honey over the cut halves of the fruit.
- Eat as you would a grapefruit.
- Comments
- Pomelo is a very close relative to the modern grapefruit and it is eaten uncooked, just as is the grapefruit.
