- Ingredients
- 1 large croissant, split in half and lightly toasted.
- few slices fried bacon
- 2 slices baby Swiss cheese (can substitute other cheese)
- few slices tomato
- honey mustard
- mayonnaise
- butter or margarine
- Preparation
- Lightly butter both sides of croissant.
- Generously spread honey mustard on one half and mayonnaise on the other.
- Top one half with bacon, tomatoes and cheese and put the other half on top.
- Enjoy!
