- 1 box Beef Flavored Rice A Roni
- 1 lb (.5 kg). ground beef
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp (15 ml). vegetable oil
- 2-1/2 cups (600 ml) water
- In a medium bowl, mix rice and vermicelli, ground beef, and egg.
- Shape mixture into meatballs.
- In a large skillet over medium high heat, heat oil, add meatballs and brown on all sides.
- Add package seasoning and water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, simmer for 30 minutes more.
