Serves/Makes:5 1/2 oz. 
 
- Ingredients
 
  - 5-1/2 ounces shelled walnuts
 -   honey
 -   sugar
 - cooking  oil
  
  
- Preparation
 
  - Dip walnuts in honey and let stand at room temperature for 3 nights.
 - Drain and then coat nuts with sugar.
 - Fry over medium heat until brown.
 - Cool before arranging in serving dish.
