Sausage Gravy and Biscuits
- Served over biscuits also known as Sawmill Gravy.

Serves/Makes:4 with 2 biscuits each
- 1 pound sausage (I use Jimmy Dean Hot)
- 4 Tbs (60 ml). flour
- 2-1/2 cups (600 ml) milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- Break up sausage and saute until cooked.
- Do not drain.
- Sprinkle the flour over the sausage and stir.
- Gradually add milk(add more milk if too thick).
- Add salt and pepper.
- Cook until thickened.
- Serve over hot biscuits of choice.
