Serves/Makes:4 cups or more
- Ingredients
- 1 large jar sauerkraut, drained
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- 1 cup (225 ml) celery, finely diced
- 1/2 green pepper, finely diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1-1/4 cups (300 ml) sugar
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup (125 ml) vinegar
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) salad oil
- celery seeds as desired
- Preparation
- Mix all together and let set in refrigerator for a few hours.
