- frozen pie shell
- 8 oz (224 grm). shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz (224 grm). shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can green chiles (chopped)--double chiles if you like
- 1 egg
- a little milk
- Into pie shell, put half the cheddar cheese.
- Layer half the mozzarella cheese.
- Top with half the green chiles.
- Repeat another layer of each.
- Beat the egg with the milk and pour on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 1/2 hour or until done.
