Vinegar Based BBQ Chicken

- 1-1/2 sticks butter
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) vinegar
- crushed red pepper, to taste
- cayenne pepper, to taste
- 1 chicken
- Melt butter, vinegar, and peppers together - DO NOT BOIL.
- Cook chicken on grill or in oven.
- When done pull off skin and remove from bone.
- Chop up like you would pork BBQ.
- Mix everything together.
- Since I'm just "down the road" from Hendersonville I hope this is close.
