Pork and Rice

Serves/Makes:4 to 6

Ingredients
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 4 cups (950 ml) cooked rice, cold
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml). soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped fine
  • 1 cup (225 ml) cooked roast pork, chopped very small
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml). salt or to taste
Preparation
  • Fry beaten egg, stirring while cooking.
  • Stir fry rice in 2 tbsp (30 ml). oil, breaking up lumps, turning constantly.
  • Add remaining ingredients and eggs.
  • Stir fry to heat completely.
