Serves/Makes:4 to 6
- Ingredients
- 2 beaten eggs
- 4 cups (950 ml) cooked rice, cold
- 2 tbsp (30 ml). soy sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped fine
- 1 cup (225 ml) cooked roast pork, chopped very small
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml). salt or to taste
- Preparation
- Fry beaten egg, stirring while cooking.
- Stir fry rice in 2 tbsp (30 ml). oil, breaking up lumps, turning constantly.
- Add remaining ingredients and eggs.
- Stir fry to heat completely.
