- Chucks collection
- 2-1/2 tsp (12.5 ml) ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp (10 ml) ground ginger
- 1 tsp (5 ml) each ground cloves, ground nutmeg and ground allspice
- Mix to blend and store in an air-tight container.
- Use 1-1/2 tsp (7 ml). to 1 tbsp (15 ml). for each pumpkin pie.
