Serves/Makes:8 or more
- Ingredients
- 1 lb (.5 kg) pork sausage, browned
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) parsley
- 1 loaf bread, cubed
- diced giblets, cooked
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) sage
- 4 onions, chopped
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) pepper
- 1-1/2 cups (350 ml) diced celery
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) nutmeg
- hot water
- Preparation
- Combine all ingredients, stuff in turkey.
- This will do about a 16 lbs (7.3 kg). turkey.

- We always had this in our turkey.
I usually double recipe and cook extra in a casserole dish as everyone loves it.
