- Ingredients
- 2 cups (475 ml) flour
- 2 tsp (10 ml) soda
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) cocoa
- 1 cup (225 ml) sugar
- 1 cup (225 ml) mayonnaise (Best Foods, Hellmans, Kraft...)
- 1 cup (225 ml) water
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla
- Preparation
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees (175 C.).
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add water, mayonnaise and vanilla.
- Beat Well.
- Pour into prepared 9" x 13" pan or 2 8 " round cake pans.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
