Serves/Makes:12 or more
- Ingredients
- 1 gallon (3.8 ltr) milk
- 1 pint half & half
- 1-1/2 sticks butter
- 3 cups (700 ml) rice
- 2 tsp (10 ml) vanilla
- 2 cups (475 ml) sugar
- Preparation
- Put all ingredients together in a thick pot.
- Cook until rice is done.
- It will thicken when it cools.
- Comments
- It makes alot of pudding but it is so good it will go fast!
