Serves/Makes:3 or more
- Ingredients
- 3/4 tbsp (10 ml). chopped chives
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml). lemon pepper
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml). dill weed
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sour cream
- 1 pkg. frozen brussels sprouts
- Preparation
- Cook brussels sprouts according to package directions.
- Drain and keep warm.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- Heat through but do not boil.
- Pour over brussels sprouts.
- Sprinkle with paprika for color, if desired.
