- cooked tripe
- cornmeal, cracker crumbs or Feather Fritter Batter
- lard
- Preparation
- Cut cooked tripe into 1 1/2 inch squares.
- Dip into cornmeal, cracker crumbs, flour or FEATHER FRITTER BATTER.
- Fry in lard, turning to brown both sides.
