Apple Mustard Cream Sauce for Beef Fondue
- Beef Fondue Sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) apple sauce, chilled
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) prepared mustard
- 1/8 tsp (1 ml). salt
- In advance whip heavy cream until stiff.
- Fold in apple sauce, mustard and salt.
- Serve very cold.
- I use this sauce with beef fondue. It is well received.
