Hot Mustard Sauce for Beef Fondue

Serves/Makes:2/3 cup

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) dry mustard
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). salt
  • 2 tsp (10 ml). sugar
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml). HOT water
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp (10 ml). salad oil
  • 2 tsp (10 ml). horseradish
Preparation
  • In advance combine mustard with salt, sugar and hot water.
  • Gradually blend in remaining ingredients.
Comments
This is good with beef but very hot!!
