I got this off the food channel, you can find it at: http://www.foodtv.com/recipes/re-c1/0,1724,15081,00.html

It is FABULOUS and everyone has loved it since I have made it. I took it to a pot luck get-together and to a Beta Sigma Phi dinner and everyone thought it was the best in the world. This is now a tried and true recipe around here!

The Food Channel stated a Prep Time of 40 minutes and a cooking time of 3 hours. I found the prep time about right, but if you take out the chilling time to the "cooking", it only took me 10 minutes to put it all together!
