Serves/Makes:3 1/2 quarts
- 2 12 oz (336 grm). cans frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 2 10 oz (280 grm). pkgs. frozen sweetened raspberries, partially thawed
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) to 4 T sugar
- 2 liters club soda, chilled
- ice cubes
- In a blender combine lemonade concentrate, raspberries and sugar.
- Cover and process until blended.
- Strain to remove seeds.
- In a 4-1/2 quarts (4250 ml) container, combine raspberry mixture, club soda, and ice cubes.
