Serves/Makes:2 1/2 cups
- Ingredients
- 1 cup (225 ml) brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) canned milk
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla
- 1 tsp (5 ml) or more cinnamon (your choice to flavor)
- 2-1/2 cups (600 ml) pecan halves
- Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan except the pecans.
- Bring to a soft boil stage over medium heat.
- Add pecans and stir well.
- Lay out on waxed paper separating pecans from each other.
- Keep in a sealed container.
