- Chucks Collection
- 1 cup (225 ml) flour
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml). baking powder
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml). salt
- 1/8 tsp (1 ml). pepper
- chicken broth
- Mix all ingredients.
- Stir in enough broth to make a stiff dough.
- Roll to 1/8 inch thickness.
- Cut into 2 inch squares.
- Place in boiling broth of the chicken.
- Cook, covered for 12 to 15 minutes. DO NOT PEEK.
- Also have a recipe for cornmeal dumplings.
They are drop dumpling NOT rolled.
They are also very good.
