- Ingredients
- 1/4 lb (.1 kg). shredded turkey
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sliced onion
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) margarine
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) ranch dressing
- 1 flour tortilla (burrito size)
- Preparation
- Melt margarine in skillet and saute onion until golden and carmelized.
- Spread ranch dressing on the tortilla.
- Top with turkey, onion, and cheese.
- Roll up sandwich and cut in half.
- Comments
- I recently made this for my husband's lunch and he liked it. I imagine you could add any ingredients your partner likes to this--avocado, tomato, sprouts, etc. Good luck!
