Cream Cheese and Olive Sandwiches
- 2 8 oz (224 grm). packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) pimento stuffed oilves, minced
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) minced onion
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) mayonnaise
- Beat cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Stir in minced olive, onion and mayonnaise; spread on bread.
